Topic: Savings through Equipment Maintenance Consolidation
Speakers: Michael Zambas, President and Bob Tolomeo, National Sales Director

Michael Zambas is the President of Electronic Risks Consultants. He has over twenty-six years of experience in the equipment maintenance industry. Prior to starting ERC, Mr. Zambas was an executive with American International Group Insurance Company (AIG). At AIG, he was responsible for the warranty products division where he worked for eleven years. In 1994, he started ERC and has grown his company into a major player in this industry. Mr. Zambas is a graduate of Rutgers University where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Engineering and the other in Computer Science.

Robert Tolomeo is the National Sales Director for Electronic Risks Consultants. He has been working in the equipment maintenance management industry for over thirteen years. He has special emphasis on equipment management including consolidation of contracts and inventory management. Mr. Tolomeo has worked with large private and public corporations, State & Federal government, municipalities, board of educations, financial institutions and colleges/universities. His day-to-day activities involve working with his existing client base, prospecting new accounts, managing sales consultants and developing relationships with different organizations throughout the United States. Mr. Tolomeo is a graduate of Rider University with a degree in Public Relations / Communications.

Topic: Commercial Real Estate and the Recessionary Economy - How is this Sector Faring?
Speaker: Bart Swenson, Vice President, Hines

In this presentation, attendees will hear an overview of how the commercial real estate market was impacted by what some people are calling "The Perfect Storm." The speaker will discuss crisis management by the Federal government and how Wall Street will be changed forever. In addition, you will gain a better understanding of current supply and demand and cycles in the real estate market. Is there more pain to come or are there opportunities for New York City's future?

Bart Swenson is Vice President, New York Region, for Hines, one of the largest real estate organizations in the world. Hines is a privately owned, international real estate firm involved in real estate investment, development and property management with offices in over 100 cities in 16 countries, and controlled assets valued at approximately $25 billion. Mr. Swenson has responsibility for the asset management coordination of New York Region properties in which Hines has an equity interest. He joined Hines in 1992 as a Financial Controller and then transitioned to underwriting acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and leasing. Since 2000, he has completed numerous property acquisitions and dispositions and leasing transitions. Mr. Swenson received a BA in Business Administration from Pace University, and a MS in Real Estate from New York University. He is also Certified Public Accountant.
